About Yachts

Welcome to our Boat Rental Chania FAQ page. Here, you’ll find answers to common questions about our boat rental services. Whether you’re planning your first nautical adventure or you’re a seasoned sailor, this guide will help you navigate the process of renting and enjoying our boats.

A license is not required for renting boats with engines of 30 horsepower or less.

Our boats can accommodate either 4 or 5 passengers, depending on the specific vessel you choose to rent.

Every boat in our fleet is equipped with the necessary life jackets and safety gear, as mandated by both the coastguard and Greek legislation.

The rental fee does not cover fuel costs. You'll be responsible for paying for the fuel used when you return the boat to the harbor.

All our boats are fitted with canopies for sun protection. We advise keeping the canopy extended throughout your boating excursion.

Essential items for your boat trip include sunscreen, towels, sunglasses, and an ample supply of water for all passengers.

We offer two rental options: a half-day rental lasting four hours, or a full-day rental of eight hours.

If you wish to dine at a taverna in Kalyves, please inform us beforehand so we can arrange to meet you at the harbor and secure the boat. Leaving the boat unattended at other ports is not permitted. Alternatively, we can provide pre-packed lunch options for onboard dining upon request.

The designated skipper must be at least 18 years old. The minimum age for passengers is 2 years old.

On the day of your rental, we will provide you with a map and suggest an itinerary for your nautical adventure. We will also clearly outline the boundaries within which you are allowed to navigate the boat.

Our location is in Kalyves, situated 20km east of Chania. While all-day parking is available nearby, the town is also well-served by buses and taxis. For detailed directions, please refer to the map on our contact page.
